Rob Rosenbalm

Rob is the product of Fairfield West Baptist Church. As a young man just out of high school, Rob's life was changed in one particular church service. It was then that Rob surrendered to God's call of ministry and transferred from Miami University to Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri. Upon finishing his degrees, Rob received an invitation to come back home and join the Fairfield West ministry team as youth pastor. In the year 2000, Rob was invited to serve as the senior pastor where he has continued to serve until the present.

Rob also serves as the Fairfield Fire Department Chaplain and a member of the Clergy Crisis Response Team. Fairfield’s Clergy Crisis Response Team was organized to support citizens who encounter traumatic events within the community. Recognizing that tragedy is not a respecter of persons, Rob helped in establishing Fairfield’s first comprehensive chaplaincy program which assists first responders in an emergency crisis, as well as extend an opportunity to be Jesus to those in need.

Rob is married to Jessica, the teenage love of his life. They met through ministry events here at Fairfield West. Clearly the church has had a more profound impact on Rob personally than professionally. Much of Rob's success in ministry is a direct result of Jessica's investment in his life.  Together Rob and Jessica have 3 children; Jordan, Tanner and Madison. 

Rob has a Bachelor of Science in Pastoral Ministry and Bible through Baptist Bible College.  Also, Rob is a seminary graduate of Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary in Lynchburg, Virginia and has received a Master of Arts in Religion, a Master of Religious Education with an emphasis in leadership and a Master of Divinity.

Tanner Rosenbalm

Tanner graduated from Boyce College which is the undergraduate school of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary located in Louiville Kentucky with a Bachelors of Science in Worship and Pastoral Studies.  In addition to leading our morning worship each week, Tanner was married to Victoria in the spring of 2018.   In October 2020, Tanner and Victoria gave birth to their son Ira.

Financial Director

Jeff Kenworthy

Jeff Kenworthy is our Financial Director for the church.  He came to our ministry in 2011 and is a significant piece in the executive leadership team.  After working in corporate America and serving as a Fire Captain in the Fairfield Fire Department, Jeff and his wife Angie retired his commission in the fire service to be missionaries to the people of the Philippines.  Upon return in 2020, Jeff joined MANNA Worldwide as a project cordinator yet has maintained his committment to oversee the financial operation of the church. 

Administrative Assistant

Jessica Rosenbalm

Jessica Rosenbalm is Pastor Rob’s wife and in 2011 began serving as an Administrative Assistant. Jessica has unique insight into the life of the church and has proven to be an integral part of the ministry through the 20+ years of Pastor Rob’s service. Throughout her time at Fairfield West, Jessica has virtually served and supported every ministry of the church. Currently, along with her normal office hours, Jessica is a partner in a photography business, and a mom to 3.

Brittany coordinates  the C.O.R.E. areas of our ministry (communication, organization, recruitment and environment).  Brittany graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2010 with a Nursing degree which she used to practice as a pediatric nurse until 2021. She married her husband, Matt, in 2015 and they now have four children- Vivian (4), Rosalyn (4) , Reed (4) and Evelyn (1).

Steve was our youth pastor for 9 years.  Ally was our children's director and worship leader for 8 years.  In 2015 they felt the call to plant a church and were approved as North American Mission Board missionaries.  They planted City Hope Church in Springbora Ohio.  We are excited to have been their sending church and about how God is using them  to further the gospel in communities that need a faithful witness.

Bethany Dick

Since a very young age, Bethany sensed her calling to be a missionary.  After multiple mission trips to serve the Filipino people, Bethany identified where the Lord was leading her to serve.  With a relentless resolve and a tenacious spirit, Bethany has positioned herself to realize her God given dream to share the good news of Jesus Christ with those half a world away.  Bethany was recognized as a TEAM Baptist Bible Fellowship missionary to the Philippines in May 2017 and was approved as a Career missionary in 2021. 

Jack was employed in the areospace industry and Alysia was a registered nurse while members of our church.  That did not stop them from surrendering to the call of vocational ministry.  Jack and Alysia are missionaries utilizing their technical knowledge and heart for the good news of Jesus Christ to develop gospel radio ministires in the developing world with SonSet Solutions.  We are so thankful for all they are doing around the world for the cause of Christ utilizing their skills and extending their compassion to those that need Jesus.  Jack and Alysia base their technical operations in Elkhart Indiana but travel internationally to provide technical and operational support.  They have seven children.
